So irresistible...

Hmmm... nothing special to write this evening. I’m so tired from our whole day CFC fellowship held at St. Benedict’s Monastery, Carmen Cebu. Enjoyed it.

Lot of foods being served during lunch –and one thing that was so irresistible to eat was the “fried buwad”. So tempting- haha. I ate for almost 6 pieces of this (pic below). Gosh! (not good for my kidney).
“Buwad” is the cebuano term for “dried fish”. My favorite kinds of buwad are the danggit, pusit, tuloy, sapsap, bolinao. Everybody loves to eat buwad I guess, aren’t you? It is made as an appetizer in our meals. But some are using it as their main course though (hehe) -especially people from remote areas. It is undeniably a mouth-watering one.

Don’t know if you tried cooking it like “inon-onan”? Haha..try and it’s awesome. Put it with coconut milk, vinegar and some spices like garlic and union. Uhhhmmm...tsalap :-p
